We work closely with California juvenile courts, the County of Los Angeles, and Kern County DCFS. If you are seeking a residential placement for an eligible youth, please contact us to discuss availability and referral procedures. -

Our Locations
Humanistic Foundation operates three licensed residential treatment facilities across Southern California. Our primary facility, New Concept Group Home, is located in West Los Angeles. We also operate two additional facilities in Bakersfield, CA, serving youth referred through Kern County. All facilities are staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
